I have a Toshiba 26av502u and it says it has a digital tuner. When I read over the channels it can get it doesn't go to an (.) stations such as 28.1 and such. Does that mean I cant get the city HD channels with the tv alone?

My judge is it could be a couple of things:
1. The TV is set to "cable" tuning. My new Toshiba was set to cable tuning out of the box. Cessation the menus, set the TV for "air" tuning and rescan for channels.
I bought this TV at Girth City it had went on sale. I figured well its Toshiba so it should be a safe bet. Compare to the other no name brands TV such as Basics, Dynex and some others. I read review on Best Buy and Circuit City most are positive some
